RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized items

All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. At that point, the messaging within the product description will let you know when to expect it to be shipped. Orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Unless otherwise stated, most orders are Made to Order meaning 6-8 weeks for production and shipping.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the rare event that your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via e-mail or phone.

All items will be shipped within the timeframe given in the item’s description.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment. Please make sure you provide us with the correct information (i.e. double-check for any typos in your e-mail address) so that you receive shipment notifications.
